Frame Construction:

The machine’s frame is built from structural steel, welded together to form a solid, rigid structure. This frame is carefully machined to ensure a flat surface for precise assembly of the forming stations. Additionally, adjustable feet are included to allow for perfect leveling of the machine.

Forming Stations:

The forming rolls that interact with the painted surface of the conductor pipe are coated with hard chrome, ensuring durability and protecting the pipe’s finish over time.

Superior Drive Mechanism:

Every station on the machine is powered, both top and bottom, with spring-loaded mechanisms. These springs maintain consistent pressure on the material, making our gutter machines incredibly versatile. This design allows for the processing of various materials with minimal need for adjustments, setting our machines apart in the industry.

Profile drawing:

Perforation of the Profile

The machine will feature a perforating station, utilizing five distinct lancing blades atop each panel section, complemented by corresponding rings below. These components work together to create a loop perforation that can be pressed down as needed. To disable the perforation, the upper section is simply lifted. Both the lancing blades and the lower rings are replaceable independently in case of damage. Crafted from A-2 tool steel, these elements will undergo heat treatment and grinding processes to achieve high precision.

Automatic Control

Our machine can be configured with manual controls or fully automatic controls. For automatic operation, we equip our machines with the Grover Smart Digital Panel. This allows you to set up to five different jobs that the machine will execute automatically. The machine can count and automatically run a predetermined quantity of pieces. Length control is managed via an electronic measuring counter, where the operator can input the desired length and the number of pieces to produce. Once the “START” button is pressed, the machine begins running the pre-programmed length, halts, performs the cut, and then restarts. This cycle repeats automatically until the “STOP” button is pressed or the programmed number of pieces has been completed.

Additional Features

Drive Mechanism: An air clutch and brake system ensures the drive motor operates continuously, which is crucial for creating short sections required for elbow production.

Cutting Process: The soffit is cleanly cut using a pneumatically-activated shear, preventing end distortion and eliminating the issues associated with saw chips, such as fouling electrical switches or sticking to driving rollers and causing indentations in the final product.

Safety Features: Compared to a conventional saw, the exit shear generates significantly less noise and is fully enclosed, ensuring the operator’s safety by preventing accidental cuts.

Finish Quality: Powder-coated surfaces offer superior resistance to chipping, scratching, fading, and wear compared to alternative finishes.

Customer Support: We provide exceptional customer service to ensure your satisfaction.
