The CZ Purlin Roll Forming Machine NLT350 boasts 22 primary forming groups, one of which is specifically designed for waist-level forming with an adjustable angle range between 87° and 95°. Additionally, the unit comes with 12 interchangeable CZ modules, and its linear guide rails can be effortlessly reconfigured by a 180° rotation. A dedicated 15.6-inch industrial control computer with a user-friendly interface allows for simple and efficient operation. The system runs on proprietary intelligent production software developed by ZTRFM, which, together with its digital control system and rapid data-input capability, allows production data to be quickly loaded via USB or transmitted remotely. This technology minimizes the need for extensive manual collaboration, enabling a single operator to manage the entire process while reliably meeting production schedules.

The machine is driven by high-powered components, including an intelligent servo motor rated at 42KW and a 15KW hydraulic station. It can achieve conventional operating speeds of 36 meters per minute, while its overall production rate varies between 15 and 22 meters per minute depending on the number of punched holes. This robust performance not only reduces the production cycle but also ensures that even large orders can be processed efficiently.

Roller : 21groups rollers. Main rollers of this line are made by Cr12 mould steel material, all treated by full CNC precision machines, surface is quench treated, plated with hard chrome with thickness of 0.05mm on the surface after being machined by the exact machine tool, therefore the roller has very good rigidity, the sheet made by it has better quality and precision profile.

Precision is a key strength of the NLT350, as it significantly refines the manufacturing of both C-type and Z-type profiles. Thanks to an innovative dual-alignment design, the machine greatly minimizes error correction during production, reducing the workload on employees and cutting production time by about 60%.

  LN Model 80-300 CZ Purlin Machine

Furthermore, the machine offers outstanding versatility and cost-effectiveness. Its interchangeable CZ modules allow one unit to perform a multitude of functions, supported by a patented stepless cutting and profile-changing system. With an accuracy of ±1mm in both length and hole positioning, it can flexibly adjust to produce C-type profiles with widths ranging from 80 to 350mm and Z-type profiles from 120 to 350mm. In addition, it accommodates lip widths from 8 to 20mm (with lips constrained to ≤ 0.8*(height-20)) and heights from 30 to 100mm (where height is ≤ 0.95*(bottom width – lips – 30)), while handling plate thicknesses of 1.0 to 3.5mm. These capabilities ensure that operations remain straightforward and precise, thereby expanding order capacity and supporting business growth.
