Our 90° Upenders are perfect for safely repositioning pallet loads as well as irregularly shaped items, such as rolls and coils. To enhance the handling of pallets, crates, or coils, conveyors and V-Cradles can be added to the platform for precise positioning.

Profile design of Upenders:

1. The Upender adopts automatic hydraulic system to take the coil to coil car, it is easy and safe way to transition from a horizontal to vertical (and back) orientation to load coil on the mandrel or cradle uncoiler. It is also powered from the hydraulic decoiler and controlled by coil loading car.

• Skidded Coil is Loaded onto Horizontal Platform
• The Platform is Rotated 90 degrees vertically onto loading car

Coil is Raised and Lowered to fed into the decoiler mandrel, align with decoiler mandrel (Skid is Removed)
