T-bar forming machines are specialized manufacturing equipment used in the production of suspension systems for drop ceilings or suspended ceilings. These systems are widely used in commercial and industrial buildings to create a finished ceiling that conceals mechanical systems and provides an aesthetic appearance.

 

The main T is a horizontal component that runs the length of the room and provides the primary structural support for the ceiling grid. It is usually made from metal, such as galvanized steel, and is designed to bear the weight of the entire ceiling system.

2. Main T cutting length 3.6m, produce 1 piece / time; cross T cutting length 0.6m or 1.2m, produce 0.6m x2 pieces / time; 1.2mx1 piece/time.
3. Fast speed, main T forming machine speed up to 35m/min, cross T forming machine speed up to 25m/min
4. One machine can produce flat T and black center T

Machine total 21 rolling stand, No.18, No.19 rolling stand use to press the black center groove. If adjust gap of up and down rollers, make T bar through No.18 and No.19 rolling stand without groove, then mchine produce flat T bars.
