The complete HF welded pipe mill consists of several key sections: the entry section, the mill section, the cut-off section, and the finishing section. The process for manufacturing steel pipes involves the following steps:

1. Uncoiling the steel coil.
2. Scrolling up the material to the required shape.
3 .Shearing and  welding the edges together.
4. The material then passes through a  spiral accumulator  to manage coil length.
5. The pipe undergoes  forming  to achieve its desired shape.
6 .High-frequency (HF) induction welding  is applied to join the edges securely.
7. The  external burrs  are removed from the welded seam.
8.  Cooling  is performed to stabilize the pipe’s structure.
9. The pipe is then  sized  to the correct diameter.
10. A  flying saw  cuts the pipe to the required length.
11. The pipe moves along the run-out table  for further handling.
12. It is inspected for quality assurance.
13. Finally, the pipes are  packed  and sent to the  warehouse for storage.
